Kitsap County Administration Building
Architect: The Miller|Hull Partnership
Jury Comments: This building is a handsome and welcoming public amenity that has been executed with great care. It integrates many sustainable attributes, such as a green roof that collects rainwater and provides a high insulation value for the interior spaces.
