~ Where is the hard-copy “call for entries” that used to be provided?
AIA NW&P Region has changed to an ALL electronic format.~ What if I didn’t receive an email with the Entry Form or lost my Entry Form?
Access the Entry Form here, call (360)943-6012, or email kinney@aiawa.org~ How do I send you my project?
You should follow the directions on the instructions slide (the first slide of the NWP Region Design Awards Submittal Instructions PowerPoint) to upload your finished entry to our FTP site.~ What if I did not receive, or lost, the email with the project identifier and the Submittal Instructions PowerPoint?
Please check your junk mail folder. If the email is not there please contact us immediately at (360) 943.6012.~ I can't find the email or the FTP - where do I go?
You can upload your project here: dropbox.yousendit.com/RDA2011~ Can all of my entries go in one upload to the FTP site?
No. Each project should be a separate file. Each project should have a seperate PowerPoint, and separate Entry Form. You should only upload one file at a time and the subject line should state entry form OR your project identifier.~ Should I fax or email my Entry Form?
Neither. Please upload the Entry Form to the FTP site.~ Is the Entry Form included in the Submittal PowerPoint?
No. The entry form is an additional form that must be sent in. The form was linked in an email you received and/or can be accessed here: RDA Entry Form.pdf.~ What is the entry submittal deadline:
The deadline for completed project entries is:
5:00 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2011~ Is the deadline a postmark deadline?
No – this is an upload deadline. Your project must be uploaded to the AIA NW& Pacific Region FTP site by the project submittal deadline.~ How many slides can I have for my project?
You can have up to 20 picture slides.~ Can I put more than one image on a slide?
No.~ What if the firm is the “Architect of Record?”
That is ok, as long as a member of the firm is an AIA Washington, AIA Idaho, AIA Montana, AIA Oregon, AIA Alaska, AIA Japan, AIA Hong Kong, AIA Guam/Microensia, or AIA Hawaii member, and they have an office in the Northwest & Pacific Region. If you have further questions please email kinney@aiawa.org
