Deadline and Entry Fee

A letter of intent must be submitted no later than
Friday, July 17, 2009 at 5:00 pm PDT


An entry fee of $165 per entry is required. (Faxed or emailed letters of intent, with check or credit card payment to follow, are acceptable.)

Eligibility

Entrants for the NW & Pacific Regional Design Awards must have won an AIA Component or Chapter design award from a professional juried awards program; unless they are from an AIA Component that has not had an awards program of its own in more than two years.

Entrants must be members of Components within the Northwest & Pacific Region.

Projects must have been completed when the award, qualifying the project for entry, was issued.

The project must have received an award between January 1, 2004 and December 31, 2008.

Projects that have won an AIA National Award are eligible; regardless if the project was entered in state or local Component programs.

People's Choice Awards and Legacy Awards (i.e. 25 year awards) are not eligible.
